What it is:
- Three months of spiritual support and exploration (two sessions per month): we dive in and build momentum, so you can release what’s in the way, come to new levels of clarity, and begin thriving.
- Month 1: one 90-minute intake session + one 60-minute session. Your first session includes discussion of your goals and needs for this work, a brief look at your current astrology, and some initial baseline soul work (this may include some somatic experiencing, guided visualization, or other technique intended to help you to get grounded and centered, or might be focused on a specific topic you’ve articulated).
- Months 2 and 3: two 60-minute sessions each month (roughly one session every other week).
- A commitment of $900 paid in full, or $300/month.
Healing is a cumulative process. Although my clients often experience obvious shifts in their energy, outlook, daily life, and relationships immediately after a session, the most noticeable and deepest long-term results usually come when the relationship between client and practitioner has a chance to develop gradually, through consistent sessions over time.
The trust and shared vocabulary that emerge allow us to work through deeper layers of emotional, familial, relational, and even karmic material and patterning. Committing to twice-monthly sessions for three months supports your potential to build spiritual, energetic, and emotional/somatic “muscles” while still allowing time for integration between sessions.
